OUR FACILITY
Founded in 2011, Transcend Counseling & Behavioral Health, LLC has expanded from counseling services to supportive housing and now includes a comprehensive adult day center, The Lighthouse Adult Day Center. Licensed by the Tennessee Department of Mental Health Substance Abuse Services, our center offers a five-day-a-week program.
